This Gold-plated Iron Sedentary Statue of Buddha, located in the Dopiansa Temple in cholwon, has been designated National Treasure No. 63. The statue is an important item in studying the history of statues of Buddha. The statue was made in 865 during the reign of King Kyongmun of Unified Shilla.
